Advice on Breaking my lease?

Ok, so my stove has been broke since we moved in December 2010 and it is now March, we have has PSE come in three times saying what needs to be fixed and replaced, and each time the magagment comes in and replaces the stove with another broken stove, so everytime you walk into my apartment you smell gas, PSE says they need to fix it but it is still not fixed they just keep trying to replace the stove with a stove that is broke somewhere else. Also we called last week to get out sink fixed they said they would come Monday, they asked if they had permission to come in and we said no because no one would be home so if no one answers the door call, well when we got home there was a note on the door saying they were in our apartment today even though we did not give them permission this is not the first time this has happened, they broke a gas line outside our bedroom window and I was sleeping next thing I know the matenince guy is standing right in front of my bed, do I have any opitions of legally getting out of my lease?
