How to get sponser through skateboarding?

well i quite skateboarding a few years back when i was in 6th grade now im about to be 16 going to 10th grade and just figured out im really good i can ollie hill and kick flip which for being away from a board for 3 and a half years is decent just wondering how i could get sponsored what do people who sponsor look for gunna try to get sponcerd for one of my local skate shops and my future goal is monster energy
