Alarm doesnt work 2000 SLK 230?

Ok. I checked my PSE module and it was bad. Before, the lights wouldnt shut off. So i replaced the module and the wiring harness for the PSE, the wires were all burnt. I spliced the new harness to a section behind/lower bottom of the passenger seat. Now everything works besides the alarm. The lights doesnt stay on, the parking light doesnt stay on (before these would stay on even if the car is off). it took me 5 hours to replace all of this. I dont mind tracing my steps. but im positive that every wire is connected. Any advice? Much appreciated. Also if you guys got some knowledge on which wire is for the alarm, I can use that and trace it to see if anything is wrong.
