Put the gum in your mouth without him to notice and ask him if he wants gum. When you're both playing that gum game then slowly lean to him and "try to pass the gum to his mouth" then have the gum in your mouth and bring your lips to his. Then start kissing slowly and get rid of the gum (spit it out) ;)
