My mom is smoking in the car when i'm not in it .?

She hasn't driven in three year and her car has been cleaned of smoke . She used to smoke with me in it , but the law was passed while she didn't drive . She just got her license Now she thinks she can smoke when I'm not in the car but , the smoke is STILL gunna be in there . I've told her coutless times NOT to but she clearly doesn't care about my health . What can i do to get her to not smoke in it ?!
