What does it mean a girl stares at you?

In one of my classes, which I very much dislike (PSE), I avidly turn round to look at the clock. However, almost every time I turn round I see thiis girl looking at me. When she sees me turn round she instantly puts her head down. I've also noticed that she averts her eyes when I'm around her. Does this mean anything? Does she like hate me or something, or does she like me perhaps?
