I live n new jersey is it legal 4 Pse&g gas & electric company 2 give out information about ur bill 2 neighbor?

I'm just asking because it is quite apparent that my neighbor has acquired information about my bill in regards to a past due balance & is spreading my personal info throughout the streets when in my opinion is really none of her business. If this is not legal are there any steps that I can pursue regarding this issue?
