A question about circular motion?

Circular motion, linear motion are motions, the moving force is the momentum, stationeries is when v=0, the moving force, or the momemtum is the mass and acceleration, (gravity and in motion, v), the arc of the circle is the radial distance, and the force on the bump, well, it is is a metal bump, or a elastic rubber bump or a composite bump, well, you determine the material used for the bump..... the car mass is 1800 and the radial distancwe = 21.6, you work it out....... v = 36.5 at a) and b) well, the maximum speed, max v = is when the cars wheel d=0, when it loses contact, the wheel not touching the hump, and keels over! sorry, no answers, you think about it......
