Rifle or Compound Bow?

Get both. Buy the bow now and when you turn 18 buy a rifle. That way you can hunt archery season and rifle season. And YES archery is worth getting into!!! It is a load of fun that you will enjoy. You dont even have to hunt with it just shooting targets is fun. I like rifle hunting but there are times where i find it a bit easy. I like my challenges and archery gives you a good challenge! And not to mention that when you kill an animal with your bow, you can say I outsmarted a wild animal! Like after hours of scouting and stting up you completed your goal. Archery is very rewarding in the end.
