My computer says its been hijacked?

Ever since i went to a website that had symptoms of pinkeye, everytime i get on my account on my computer, it says i have a bunch of virus's. Then something popped up and said its been "hijacked". I freakked out and shut it off. What should i do now?!?! Im afraid im gonna get in trouble lol. Help?!?!
